  • 개봉/사용된 제품, 고객 부주의로 인한 손상은 교환/반품 불가
    Opened/used products or customer-caused damage cannot be exchanged/returned

  • 병원/뷰티 살롱 예약: 최대 6개월 이내
    Hospital/Beauty Salon: Up to 6 months
  • 통역/상담 서비스: 1회당 최대 3시간
    Interpretation/Consultation: Up to 3 hours per session
  • 원데이 클래스: 최대 3개월 이내
    One-Day Classes: Within 3 months

유의 사항 / Important Notes

  • 미제공 서비스: 전액 환불 가능
    Unprovided services: Full refund available
  • 부분 이용: 미사용 부분 일할 계산 환불
    Partial use: Pro-rated refund for unused portion
  • 판매자 귀책 취소: 전액 환불
    Seller-caused cancellation: Full refund
  • 불가항력 사유 (천재지변, 감염병 등): 협의 후 환불 가능
    Force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, etc.): Refund after consultation

워크샵 참가 조건 / Workshop Participation Terms

  • 예약 확정: 결제 완료 시 예약이 확정됩니다
    Booking confirmation: Reservation is confirmed upon payment completion
  • 참가 인원: 워크샵당 1인 예약 기준이며, 추가 인원은 별도 예약 필요
    Participants: 1 person per booking, additional participants require separate reservations
  • 재료 및 도구: 워크샵 가격에 모든 재료 및 도구가 포함됩니다
    Materials and tools: All materials and tools are included in the workshop price
  • 소요 시간: 워크샵별 안내된 시간을 참고해 주세요
    Duration: Please refer to the time indicated for each workshop
